Job Summary:

CB Canada is seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic/Technician to join our team in the city of Québec, PQ. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and reliability of our fleet of heavy-duty diesel vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of vehicle components
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with diesel engines and related systems
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in heavy-duty diesel repair and maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, and related systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
