Financial Operations Specialist

Job Summary: Insight Advantage Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting, with a strong understanding of manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
Responsibilities:
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll.
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts.
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
- Post journal entries and prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
- Reconcile accounts.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or related field.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
