Retail Store Manager

Punjab Flour Mill Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, including sales associates, cashiers, and stockroom personnel.
- Assign tasks and duties to staff members to ensure efficient store operations.
- Authorize payments, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Establish and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock.
- Supervise and train staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
- 1-2 years of retail management experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a non-smoking environment and have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
