Restaurant Manager Job Description

Eazyfoods Inc. is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Leadership: Lead and instruct individuals to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Budgetary Responsibility: $100,001 - $500,000
  • Supervision: 5-10 people
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, dependability, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, ability to multitask
