About This RoleThe Administrative Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services to the portfolio's leadership team. To be successful in this position, the Administrative Coordinator must contribute to the efficient day-to-day operations of the portfolio.
This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary certificate or diploma in Business Administration and 3-5 years of work experience in a relevant area.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Not-for-Profit organizational structure and Provincial and Federal legislation.
- Demonstrated administrative and coordination skills.
- Demonstrated experience providing services to Indigenous families and communities.
The Administrative Coordinator will:
- Provide administrative and clerical services to the portfolio's leadership team.
- Assist with planning, organizing, and managing time effectively.
- Work independently with strict deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with the portfolio's leadership team.
