Nursing Care Support Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Care Support Worker to join our team at Ontario Limited.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
  • Administer first aid in emergency situations and provide basic life support.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, including making beds and maintaining patient rooms.
  • Transport patients in wheelchairs or stretchers and assist with exercise routines.
  • Collect specimens and perform other tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with attention to detail.
Work Conditions:

This is a permanent position with 32 hours of work per week. The language of work is English.
