Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Moving Truck Driver to join our team at Hercules Moving Company Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience in route optimization, navigation, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and adjust routes to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Coach colleagues on new methods and work techniques
  • Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy
  • Load and unload goods safely and efficiently
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Oversee the condition of the vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, and other equipment
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption
Requirements
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles)
  • Valid passport
  • Driving record check (abstract)
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
