Job Title: Moving Truck Driver

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Moving Truck Driver to join our team at Hercules Moving Company Inc. As a Moving Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently from one location to another.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Plan or adjust routes based on changing conditions to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions
  • Load and unload goods, and oversee the condition of the vehicle
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections, and record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns, and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles)
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Willingness to travel for extended periods and overnight
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
