Director, Case Manager

FTI Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Director, Case Manager to join our Technology practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple aspects of specific client matters, including project planning, client management, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively plan and drive projects, including agenda setting, timelines, and task management.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and counsel, managing expectations and developing processes to meet client goals.
- Ensure high-quality products and delivery of work via QC checklists within established timeframes.
- Manage project staffing and resource allocation, as well as expenditures and budget estimates.
- Identify and mitigate risks, working with the team to implement processes to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Maintain a professional image within the firm and project same to those outside the firm.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of relevant experience utilizing eDiscovery technology (Relativity, Nuix Discover, and/or Reveal).
- 6+ years of legal / electronic discovery / case management experience.
- Strong proficiency with Windows and related software, such as Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Access and SharePoint is a plus.
- Moderate knowledge of technology, computers, and computer networking.
