The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing fund accounting, treasury operations, and financial controls, as well as developing strong relationships with auditors, service providers, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial reporting strategies to support business growth
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Manage fund accounting, NAV reconciliation, and Level 3 asset valuations
  • Oversee treasury functions, including cash reconciliation, margin tracking, and expense monitoring
  • Lead fiscal year-end audits and collaborate with external auditors
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including investors and internal teams

About the Role:

  • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
  • CPA or CA designation required
  • 4-10 years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Expertise in financial reporting, regulatory requirements, and fund accounting
  • Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of financial reporting tools
