About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Metal Roofer to join our team at Flynn Canada Ltd. As a Metal Roofer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing metal roofs using hand and power tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools
  • Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level
  • Install and repair sheet metal flashings
  • Instruct apprentices in metal roofing techniques
Work Environment

As a Metal Roofer, you will work at heights, in noisy and dangerous environments, and outdoors. You will be required to work in various locations, including commercial and industrial settings.

Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in metal roofing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Work Schedule

As a Metal Roofer, you will work 30 to 40 hours per week. You will be required to work overtime as needed.
