Nitro Lounge Administrative Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Nitro Lounge. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff and management, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless coordination with our team and external stakeholders.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Respond to telephone and electronic enquiries, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and preparing documents and reports.
  • Financial Management: Reconcile accounts, prepare trial balances, and maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Other Duties: Perform other tasks as required, including preparing cheques for payroll, calculating and preparing statistical reports, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
