As a key member of the Risk Care general Insurance Inc leadership team, the Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for overseeing the organization's operational strategy and ensuring the effective implementation of policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute operational plans to achieve business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiency gains
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to establish organizational objectives and policies
  • Represent the organization in external negotiations and official functions
  • Conduct performance reviews and develop talent within the organization

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role
