Job Title: Sales Administration Representative

At Mattamy Homes, we're committed to providing the best homeowner experience. As a Sales Administration Representative, you'll play a vital role in supporting our community sales team and helping purchasers navigate our buying process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and enter purchase and sales agreements into our corporate database
  • Coordinate and prepare marketing collateral for presentation purposes
  • Track customer interactions and provide exceptional customer service
  • Participate in weekly sales team meetings and contribute to the success of our sales team
  • Assist the Community Sales Manager with touring potential homeowners through our model homes
Requirements:
  • Prior customer service and sales knowledge is essential
  • Computer literacy with experience in MS Office applications
  • Experience in the industry is an asset
  • Vehicle and valid driver's license with the ability to travel to different work locations
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
