Job Title: Sales Administration Representative

At Mattamy Homes Corporation, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administration Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide administrative support to our community sales team and assist in introducing purchasers to the Mattamy Homes buying process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of purchase and sales agreements
  • Enter homeowner information into our corporate database
  • Coordinate and prepare marketing collateral for presentation purposes
  • Track customer interactions in our database
  • Participate in weekly sales team meetings
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to incoming telephone calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist the Community Sales Manager with touring potential homeowners through our model homes
Requirements:
  • Prior customer service and sales knowledge is essential
  • Computer literacy with experience in MS Office applications
  • Experience in the industry is an asset
  • Experience with JD Edwards is an asset
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to different work locations
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
