Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Mercedes-Benz Richmond. As an Automotive Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive systems, including engine repair, electrical and electronic systems, and diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex automotive systems, including engine repair, electrical and electronic systems, and diagnostics.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance service, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Estimate parts and labor costs to perform vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements.
  • Complete reports to record problems and work performed.
Requirements
  • Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in automotive repair.
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
