The Nuclear Contract Engineering Lead will play a key role in driving process improvements across various Engineering departments at AtkinsRéalis. This is a one-year contract position with the possibility of extension.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Design and implement new processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute process improvement projects.
- Develop and deliver training programs to support staff in adopting new processes.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, minimum 8 years of experience in engineering design or a similar role, proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools, strong project management skills, and Licensed Professional Engineer (member in good standing). Experience in the Nuclear industry is highly desirable.
