At SP Manpower Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Network Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and administration of our local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, and computer workstations and peripheral equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software. You will be responsible for evaluating and installing new equipment, providing problem-solving services to network users, and implementing data, software, and hardware security procedures.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be responsible for performing routine network start up and close down, maintaining control records, and performing data backups and disaster recovery operations. You will also be responsible for setting up local area networks and connections to the Internet, implementing network traffic and security monitoring software, and optimizing server performance.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong background in computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
