We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our Regulatory Certification efforts in Toronto. As part of our growth in this space, we are recruiting project managers with experience in regulatory examination provision. Your role will involve managing the day-to-day operations of project delivery, instilling a sense of urgency and drive across impacted teams and change requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing project scope, specification, and deadlines under guidance from product originators and subject matter experts.
- Managing internal and external stakeholders, keeping abreast of project progress.
- Tracking progress and managing risks effectively and promptly.
- Participating in client governance for project delivery, working with senior client stakeholders to instil confidence in our delivery.
- Working with relevant teams to develop and own project plans and associated documentation.

Requirements include:
- Significant experience in ownership or project management of multi-disciplinary solutions.

- Commercial mindset, with the ability to incorporate the commercial impact of decisions and proposed changes into discussions and reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with senior-level executives within client organisations and Fitch Group.
