We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Moving Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Taylor International. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, performing routine clerical duties, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Follow up on issues with work orders and ensure timely resolution
  • Keep track of shipments and ensure accurate inventory management
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics to meet business objectives
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
