Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Moving Consultant to join our team at Taylor International. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, performing routine clerical duties, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
- Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry and record-keeping
- Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Follow-up on issues with work orders to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction
- Keep track of shipments and inventory to ensure accurate and efficient logistics
- Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization, including transportation and delivery
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 5 years or more of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
