Job Title: Full-Time Developmental Support Worker I Orillia

Empower Simcoe is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Developmental Support Worker I to join our team in Orillia. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support to individuals with intellectual disabilities in a group home setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support with personal care, household duties, meal preparation, and finances
  • Support individuals to appointments or events to foster connections within the community
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the well-being and safety of individuals
Requirements:
  • Personal Support Worker diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months of direct related experience in the Developmental Services sector
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • A valid class "G" driver's license and own reliable transportation
