Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to join our team at TIMBERLEA PHARMACY LTD.

Job Summary:

The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for leading our financial strategy, managing our budget, and ensuring the financial stability of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to achieve organizational goals
  • Manage and oversee the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals to ensure the effective execution of financial tasks
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a healthcare or social services organization
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions
Work Environment:
