Food Service Supervisor

At Days Inn Leamington, we are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
The ideal candidate will have excellent oral communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the food service industry is an asset, and the ability to establish methods to meet work schedules, requisition food and kitchen supplies, and prepare budget and cost estimates is essential.
The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customers' complaints or concerns, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage. The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing and submitting reports, and preparing food order summaries for the chef.
As a Food Service Supervisor at Days Inn Leamington, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and to develop your skills and experience in the food service industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
