Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate collaborative sessions with diverse stakeholders to drive technical requirement discovery, impact analysis, and identify key influencers across teams.
  • Conduct impact assessments to ensure technical solutions align with business processes, identifying dependencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with development and QA teams, providing ongoing support throughout the build, testing, and release phases to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives to align business needs with technical execution.
  • Write and refine technical user stories, use cases, and functional specifications to guide development teams and ensure requirements are actionable.
  • Maintain a repository of reusable technical documentation to streamline future system development efforts and ensure consistent implementation.
  • Act as the liaison between business and IT teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications for developers and testers.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a business systems analysis role within software development, project delivery, or IT environments, with a strong background in Agile, Lean, or Kanban methodologies.
  • Practical knowledge of both Agile and waterfall methodologies, understanding how to adapt to hybrid project environments.
  • Experience collaborating across business and technical teams to support software development, integration, and deployment efforts.
  • Expertise in requirements gathering, technical documentation, and system testing coordination, with the ability to develop high-level test plans.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of organizing and analyzing significant data with precision and clarity.
  • Familiarity with system design, APIs, and databases is an asset to facilitate detailed technical discussions with development teams.
Benefits and Compensation
