As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a well-organized store environment, and supporting the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast and friendly customer service, helping customers find what they need and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and merchandise duties, maintaining store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.
  • Engage customers on the benefits of our Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, and complete enrollments as needed.
  • Support Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
  • Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, and complete merchandise recovery and maintenance duties.
  • Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
  • Support shrink and safety programs, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs.
  • Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, promoting commitment to our organization's vision and values.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
Work Environment

Our store is a public retail setting with a climate-controlled environment. Some stock rooms may not be climate controlled, and outdoor work may be required for tasks such as retrieving shopping carts or unloading trucks. The Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press equipment.
