About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Home Care Nursing team as a Community Health Nurse in Richmond, BC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Care for clients with acute, chronic, and palliative care needs, working closely with families to establish treatment goals and assess service eligibility.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, delivering direct care and providing guidance on navigating community services.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and stay current with evidence-based practices.
Requirements:
- A valid practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives.
- At least one year of recent experience in a relevant clinical area, focusing on complex cases with chronic health conditions or functional mobility issues.
- A valid BC Driver's License is required for this position.
Compensation and Benefits
- An estimated annual salary of $83,000 - $110,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
