Job Title: Food Service Director

At Dexterra Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Director to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily food service operations and ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement food service strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to ensure profitability
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in food service management, preferably in a franchise environment
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and other stakeholders
  • ServeSafe and/or FoodSafe certification, with knowledge of health and safety regulations
