Compensation Management Instructor

Brock University is seeking a qualified instructor to teach quantitative research methods in the MBAB 5P54 course. The successful candidate will have a PhD in Business or a related discipline and experience in teaching quantitative research methods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach quantitative research methods in the MBAB 5P54 course
  • Develop and implement course materials and assessments
  • Provide feedback and guidance to students
  • Meet with students during scheduled contact time and non-classroom time
Qualifications
  • PhD in Business or a related discipline
  • Experience in teaching quantitative research methods
  • Prior teaching and/or research experience in the study of Organizational Behaviour/Human Resources
  • Evidence of competent and effective teaching experience at the undergraduate university level
What We Offer

Brock University offers a competitive compensation package, including a rate of $7 per half course and $14 per full course, effective September 1, 2024. Instructors who are employed in a 2-hour/week lecture or the equivalent of a 2-hour/week lecture are responsible for the first hour of seminar/lab in each course.
