About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our Financial Reporting & Insights team in Peterborough. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising and completing working paper files, financial statements, corporate and personal tax returns;
  • Providing technical and project management leadership skills to team members for Bookkeeping and Accounting projects and engagements;
  • Assisting in the direction and training of staff, reviewing completed files to ensure quality of work;
  • Prioritizing projects, establishing budgets, and assigning staff to meet client deadlines;

You should have 3-4 years of experience with Notice to Readers or Assurance engagements, corporate and personal tax, and compilations. Your expertise in Accounting Software is highly desirable, particularly with Sage, QuickBooks, Caseware, Excel, and other systems.
