Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Line Production Specialist to join our team at Atlantic Packaging. This role involves operating and maintaining Evol equipment and machinery to produce high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain Evol equipment and machinery to produce quality products
  • Work in a team environment and contribute to a safe and efficient production process
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Meet or exceed all ISO/Quality/HACCP requirements
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols
  • Report any problems or hazards to the supervisor immediately
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude preferred
  • Previous manufacturing experience an asset
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts
  • Able to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a retirement savings plan and paid time off.
