Job Summary:

Hallcon Crew Transport is seeking a skilled Railway Crew Driver to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for safely transporting railway personnel to major railways throughout Canada and the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport railway personnel on-time and safely
  • Meet or exceed customer service standards
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs

Requirements:

  • Current Driver's Abstract
  • Criminal background check will be conducted at company expense
  • 21 years or older (for insurance purposes)
  • Minimum 5 years driving experience
  • Must have a Class 4 drivers license (or any other class that is equivalent)

What We Offer:

  • On-Demand Work: $20.54/hour
  • Yearly Safety Bonus (must meet standards)
  • Minimum 5 days of availability
  • Part time availability may be considered
