We are seeking a skilled Cleaner to join our Residential team in Jasper, AB. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean common areas, guest rooms, vacant, and renovated suites
  • Perform tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, steam cleaning carpets and area rugs, linen change, disinfecting, and polishing kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Maintain a trash and debris-free environment
  • Remove snow from walkways and common areas where applicable
  • May include carpet cleaning using industrial cleaners or chemical treatments
  • May be part of an on-call rotation
  • Perform other duties related to the upkeep of buildings as assigned

Requirements:

  • A self-motivated individual who can work independently and takes pride in their work
  • Previous experience working in environments that can be very dirty
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to lift 30lbs, work with industrial strength cleaners, and climb stairs with equipment and supplies
  • A driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Able to provide a criminal record check that is free of relevant convictions
  • Able to work overtime or on call as needed
