Job Title: Personal Care Aide

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Aide to join our team at Ultimate Care Agency.

Job Summary

The Personal Care Aide will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, assisting with daily living activities and promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Assist clients with meal preparation and feeding
  • Help clients with mobility and transfer activities
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition to management
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Work Environment

This is a permanent, on-the-road job with a 40-hour workweek. The language of work is English, and the job requires the ability to work night shifts with a premium.
