Job Title: Personal Care Aide

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide to join our team at Ultimate Care Agency. As a Personal Care Aide, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
  • Assist clients with meal preparation and feeding.
  • Help clients with mobility and transfer assistance.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the care team.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Work Environment:

As a Personal Care Aide, you will work in a variety of settings, including clients' homes, community centers, and other care facilities. You will be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
