We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Operations Specialist to join our IT department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing Tier 1 and 2 level support for our technology functions, including operating systems, software, hardware, mobile devices, and networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for IT-related queries from local and remote employees
  • Build and maintain images for laptops and workstations
  • Support internal and third-party software packages
  • Deploy technology to automate maintenance, security, and deployment processes
  • Research and resolve technical issues
  • Document technical support procedures
  • Conduct on-site and remote maintenance or support

Requirements:

  • Bilingualism in English and French is required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Operations Specialist role
  • College diploma or university degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Previous experience with Windows 10 & 11, Windows Servers 2016 or 2019, Active Directory & O365, networking, and multi-function printers
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
