We're seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Front Desk Associate to join our team at Tommy Gun's Prince George. As a key member of our guest services team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring every client has a memorable visit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling cash transactions, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Collaborate with our retail team to promote products and services, and drive sales growth
  • Support our barbershop team by assisting with appointments, scheduling, and client communication
