About the Job

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, to drive company vehicles and deliver packages to clients across the country. As a courier driver with Global Courier Services LTD, you will be responsible for:

  • Operating and driving automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products;
  • Maintaining professionalism in customer service by providing excellent service to our clients;
  • Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently;
  • Using maps and other trip planning aids to plan efficient routes;
  • Recording trip information, including vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any problems encountered;
  • Paying and receiving payments for goods delivered;
  • Performing pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure the safety of the vehicle and its contents.
Requirements

To be successful as a courier driver with Global Courier Services LTD, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license;
  • Experience in driving commercial vehicles is an asset;
  • Excellent customer service skills to provide exceptional service to our clients;
  • Physical ability to load and unload heavy objects (up to 23 kg / 50 lbs);
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends;
  • Reliability to meet deadlines and commitments;
  • Team player attitude to work collaboratively with colleagues.
