Bonita is seeking an experienced Makeup Artist and Esthetician to join our team. This permanent position comes with a competitive salary of $45,000-$60,000 per year.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled professional to create custom designs for clients, advise on beauty products, and apply make-up on customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in esthetician, tattoo artist, and make-up artist roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create personalized designs for clients using artistic skills and knowledge of makeup techniques
  • Recommend beauty products that suit customers' colouring and skin type, ensuring they feel confident and beautiful
  • Apply makeup on customers using various techniques and products, enhancing their natural features
  • Eyebrow tinting: shape and dye eyebrows to complement customers' facial structure
  • Temporary design application: use electric needles and chemical dyes like henna to create unique designs on customers' skin
  • Maintain and build relationships with regular customers, providing exceptional service and recommendations
  • Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently, ensuring seamless customer experiences
  • Eyebrow threading: use a thread to shape and maintain eyebrows, creating a clean and defined look
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing concerns and exceeding expectations
Work Environment:

This role is based in a busy beauty shop or aesthetic service, requiring the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and high standards.
