Unlock Your Potential as a Customer Focused Implementation Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric Implementation Specialist to join our Launch Services team for our Golf product. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading onboarding sessions and assisting with account configurations of various types.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct remote onboarding sessions with customers in one-to-one or one-to-many meetings, ensuring a seamless and successful implementation of our products.
  • Facilitate the configuration of the point of sale back office, empowering customers to maximize their POS capabilities.
  • Design and configure customer food & beverage menus, tailoring the experience to meet their unique needs.
  • Schedule and facilitate training sessions on back office configuration, menu editing skills, and POS terminal workflows.
  • Educate and train customers on the use of POS settings and configuration tools, ensuring they can leverage our software to its full potential.
  • Update customer records in Hubspot, ChurnZero, and other web-based tools to reflect new information and implementation timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with Implementation Consultants, Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to enhance the onboarding process.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of the Golf Industry or a passion for the sport.
  • Experience in training, teaching, onboarding, or facilitating orientation sessions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to ensure customers can effectively utilize their POS.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French, both spoken and written.
  • Previous experience in a technical role, such as software, IT, or tech support.
  • Knowledge of Apple tools, web technologies, and networking.
  • Ability to work in a flexible hybrid environment (3 days/week in office).
