Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at Camp Val-des-Lacs. As a key member of our executive management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company and providing strategic financial guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage financial risk and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Lead the finance team to ensure efficient and effective financial operations.
  • Collaborate with the executive management team to develop and implement business strategies.

Requirements:

  • CA with 10-20 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of success in financial leadership roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong knowledge of financial software and systems, including Microsoft Excel.
