About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as a Receptionist at Genconian's Transport Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation of our front desk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Directing: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Information Provision: Provide basic information to clients and the public in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Customer Service: Obtain and process information required to provide excellent customer service.
  • Administrative Tasks: Order office supplies, record and relay information, schedule and confirm appointments, maintain work records and logs, receive and issue payments, and perform various clerical duties.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, calculate billing charges, and provide directory assistance.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Possess efficient interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.

Requirements
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
