Job Title: Full-time Registered Practical Nurse

Thrive Group Canada is a not-for-profit organization that provides services funded through Ontario Health. We have a long history of delivering exceptional care and support to individuals with disabilities, seniors, and those with long-term chronic ventilation needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices

Eligibility for the Community Commitment Program for Nurses (CCPN):

AbleLiving Services is eligible to hire nurses who meet the required criteria for the Community Commitment Program for Nurses (CCPN). As an eligible nurse, you could receive up to $25,000 within a 24-month period.
