Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Resilient Management West Corp. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting and repairing automotive systems and components, performing scheduled maintenance service, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Repair Automotive Systems: Conduct thorough inspections of mechanical units to identify faults and malfunctions, and perform repairs and replacements as needed.
  • Perform Scheduled Maintenance: Carry out routine maintenance services on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Provide Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service, including advising customers on work performed and future repair requirements, and completing reports to record problems and work performed.
  • Coach and Instruct Apprentices: Mentor and train apprentices in the skills and techniques required for the job.
Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A minimum of a secondary school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1-2 Years of Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field is required.
  • Permanent Employment: A permanent employment contract is offered.
  • English Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required.
  • 30-35 Hours per Week: The position requires a 30-35 hour workweek.
