Job Title: Automotive Technician

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Work Truck West. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing and testing various truck equipment and components, including belt-driven underhood compressors, PTOs with hydraulic pumps/clutch pumps, and positive-air-shutoff systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and test truck equipment and components, including belt-driven underhood compressors, PTOs with hydraulic pumps/clutch pumps, and positive-air-shutoff systems.
  • Work with a variety of truck chassis and work bodies to ensure proper installation and testing.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure timely completion of projects and meet customer expectations.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to provide excellent customer support.
Requirements:
  • Valid BC driver's license.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and hardworking attitude.
  • Experience in any of the fields of welding, RV repair, heavy-duty repair, or millwright/maintenance is an asset.
