Works Design is an engaged and creative team of over 40 dedicated to teamwork and collaboration. We're looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Professional to join our team.

Salary: $62,500 - $72,500 per year, plus benefits.

About the Job

We're seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Professional to support our social media efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing daily social listening reports, assembling web and social media metrics decks, curating engaging content, and supporting the Social Media Manager with writing outlines and initial drafts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in advertising, English, marketing, communications, or another relevant field
  • 1-3 years' experience with social media marketing or content development
  • Familiarity with social listening and working knowledge of Facebook (Business Suite), LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and Vimeo
  • Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, HootSuite, Sprinklr)
  • Understanding of social media analytics using both social media platforms' native insights and other data insight tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
