Job Title: Registered Early Childhood Educator

BrightPath Kids Canada is seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Early Childhood Educator to join our team at our Kitchener, ON location.

About the Role:

As a Registered Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and engaging environment for children in our care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing a program that supports the development of children, aligned with BrightPath's curriculum.
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment that promotes the well-being of children.
  • Assessing the abilities, interests, and needs of children and discussing progress with parents and other staff.
  • Establishing collaborative relationships with co-workers, management, and families.
  • Attending staff meetings and professional development opportunities as necessary.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of classroom materials.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Be a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) and a member in good standing with the Ontario College of ECE.
  • Meet province requirements for childcare employment.
  • Hold current Standard First Aid and infant child CPR certification.
  • Have current immunization and health assessment as per the local Minister of Health Requirements.
