Bulk Driver Job Summary

Magnum Cementing Services is seeking a skilled Bulk Driver to join our team. As a Bulk Driver, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our fleet of heavy equipment, transporting blended cement powder and other materials to field locations, and ensuring efficient handling of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport blended cement powder and other materials from the bulk plant to field locations.
  • Offload cement powder into field storage silos or into cement pumpers during mixing operations.
  • Assist with rigging in and rigging down units, mixing and pumping, and clean up on location.
  • Maintain appropriate documentation in the vehicle at all times.
  • Perform regular maintenance on bulk tractor and trailer, including greasing, oil changes, and weekly inspections.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal departments, including Sales and Dispatch.
  • Develop and maintain strong external/internal client relationships in support of company values and objectives.
  • Adhere to and enforce company Safety policies and ensure compliance with HSE legislation and DOT regulations.
Requirements:
  • Valid Class 1 (Canada) / Class A CDL (U.S.) driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Physically capable of moving/lifting heavy objects up to 23 kg, bending, standing, and climbing repeatedly for extended periods.
  • Able to work outdoors for extended periods of time and in all types of weather conditions.
  • Able to be on call 24 hours on a 15 days on a 6 days off rotational schedule, remaining fit for duty at all times.
  • Able to work in congested or confined areas, and with exposure to loud noises and vibration.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in oil and gas field operations.
  • Class 1 (Canada) / Class A CDL (U.S.) driving experience on all types of roads.
  • Maintenance knowledge, mechanically inclined, and able to troubleshoot.
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, reliable, and dependable.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to change.
  • Understands the importance of safety.
