Job Summary

Magnum Cementing Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bulk Driver to join our team. As a Bulk Driver, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our fleet of bulk equipment, transporting cement powder and other materials to field locations, and ensuring efficient handling of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation and Logistics: Safely transport blended cement powder and other materials from the bulk plant to field locations, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance on bulk equipment, including greasing, oil changes, and weekly inspections, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Site Operations: Assist with rigging in and rigging out units, mixing and pumping, and clean up on location, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation and records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and other relevant data.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
Requirements
  • Education and Certifications: Valid Class 1 (Canada) / Class A CDL (U.S.) driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Physical Demands: Physically capable of moving/lifting heavy objects up to 23 kg, bending, standing, and climbing repeatedly for extended periods.
  • Work Schedule: Able to work outdoors for extended periods of time and in all types of weather conditions, and be on call 24 hours on a 15 days on a 6 days off rotational schedule.
  • Experience and Skills: Experience in oil and gas field operations, Class 1 (Canada) / Class A CDL (U.S.) driving experience on all types of roads, and maintenance knowledge, mechanically inclined, and able to troubleshoot.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Oil and Gas Cementing Services: Experience with oil and gas cementing services, oil field tickets, and familiarity with rig in and rig out procedures, mixing and pumping, and site cleanup.
  • Customer Service Skills: Experience dealing with customers, strong work ethic, positive attitude, reliable, and dependable, flexible, and able to adapt to change.
