Job Summary

Our company is seeking a skilled Staff Planning Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving business success by analyzing call volume and AHT trends, developing and monitoring scheduling systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement.

About the Role

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one to two years of experience in an analytical field, preferably in a multi-site call center or staff-planning environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of IEX workforce management software is a plus

Responsibilities

- Develop and monitor scheduling systems, policies, and procedures
- Analyze call volume and AHT trends to inform staffing decisions
- Collaborate with WFM leadership to optimize business performance
- Communicate opportunities and recommendations to individual sites
